Overlook Park

I went to Overlook Park in Oviedo recently and saw an alligator in the water. 🐊 This park overlooks Lake Jesup which is home to 13,000 alligators. It is the 2nd largest population of alligators in FL next to Lake Okeechobee.

It was so exciting to see gators in their natural habitat. I was worried one might come out of the water. But the gators were probably more afraid of me than I was of them. The orange in the photo is the natural sulfur springs.
